1999 -2021
Served 20+ years during wartime in Naval Special Warfare as a SWCC (pronounced swick) Operator. Trained, planned, organized, and led multi-national teams of Special Operations in austere, challenging, and often hostile environments, honing leadership and competency skills in junior personnel. Heavy emphasis on leadership and mentoring during the last ten years of my career. High speed boat captain, expert in small arms, heavy weapons, maritime navigation, parachuting, mission planning, combat trauma medical aid, radio communications, dynamic range operations, and curriculum development.
